1. End-to-End Delivery Manager

Senior delivery and operations owner responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of multiple delivery tracks, transition activities, staffing, SLA/KPI performance, and program governance.

Key responsibilities:





- Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple business and technology tracks.
- Own the KT → Shadow Support → Reverse KT → Go-Live transition.
- Monitor SLA/KPI performance and drive corrective actions.
- Manage staffing, ramp-up/ramp-down, attrition, and workforce integration.
- Own risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID management.
- Drive governance, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate people, process, technology, and change management activities.
- Ensure delivery milestones and operational commitments are achieved.

Ideal profile: 10–12+ years of experience managing large managed-services or transformation programs, preferably with 100+ FTE transitions, solid SLA/KPI, staffing, governance, and multi-location delivery experience.
