Role Purpose The Program Manager – Platform Revenue is responsible for driving day-to-day business performance across the Digital Gold, Fixed Deposit and Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) portfolio on MuthootFinCorp ONE. The role owns business operations across the customer lifecycle—from product onboarding and campaign execution to funnel optimisation, partner governance and revenue tracking.

Working closely with Product, Growth Marketing, CRM, Analytics, Technology and external partners, the incumbent will ensure superior customer experience while delivering revenue, adoption and engagement targets.

This role is designed as a talentpipeline for futureRevenue Managers by providing end-to-end exposure to digital financial products, commercial management and platform-led growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue, transaction and customer acquisition targets across DigitalGold, Fixed Deposits and NCDs.
- Monitor acquisition, activation, repeat purchase and revenue funnels.
- Own partner governance, SLA tracking, payoutsand business reviews.
- Coordinate GTM launches and campaigns with Growth Marketing and CRM teams.
- Improve customer journeys and conversion by working with Product and Technology teams.
- Develop business dashboards,



analyseperformance and generateactionable insights.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product,Technology, Analytics, Operations, Compliance and Customer Support.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, documentation and operational governance.

Candidate Profile

- MBA preferred; Engineering or Commerce graduateswith relevant experience may also be considered.
- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Business,Revenue Management, ProductGrowth, FinTech, WealthTech, Banking or NBFCs.
- Experience with digital financial products, investments or partner-led businesses preferred.
