Responsibilities

- Oversee end to end execution of complex integration and application initiatives by coordinating work across technical teams business partners and operations to maintain smooth delivery in a hybrid work model.
- Lead program governance by defining milestones risks dependencies and performance indicators so that stakeholders have clear visibility into progress and can make timely decisions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by organizing regular status reviews preparing concise progress reports and resolving escalations to keep program outcomes aligned with strategic business objectives.

- Collaborate with architecture and security groups to validate that Mulesoft and Python implementations follow enterprise patterns regulatory expectations and data protection standards.
- Coordinate day shift program activities across locations by aligning handoffs communication channels and documentation so that hybrid onsite and remote contributors operate as one unified team.
- Promote reusable integration assets by encouraging standardization of Mulesoft APIs Python libraries and automation scripts to reduce duplication and accelerate future initiatives.

Qualifications
- Demonstrate deep experience in program management over large scale technology initiatives with around fifteen to nineteen years of progressive responsibility in complex enterprise environments.
- Possess strong practical expertise in Mulesoft including experience with API design integration patterns and performance optimization in production grade systems.
- Bring solid hands on background in Python used for services automation data processing or backend workflows supporting enterprise scale applications.
- Show proven ability to manage cross functional teams in hybrid work settings by using clear communication structured coordination and collaborative tools to keep everyone aligned.
- Apply advanced knowledge of project and program management practices using recognized frameworks and tools to control scope schedule risk and quality.
