Key Responsibilities
- Program Management
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs.
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with engineering, product, business, and operations teams.
- Facilitate alignment of goals and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders.
- Process & Strategy Development
- Build and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
- Assist in defining program roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics.
- Stakeholder Management
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Problem Solving & Innovation
- Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to product and program strategies with fresh perspectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA from IITs (mandatory).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership in academics, internships, or projects.
