Role Description The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and continuous improvement of learning programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and learner satisfaction. This full time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves coordinating with faculty, industry mentors, and internal teams to manage schedules, resources, and program milestones.

The Program

Manager will monitor program performance, track learner outcomes, and implement feedback-driven enhancements to curriculum and delivery formats. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing stakeholder communication,



resolving operational issues, supporting learner engagement activities, and ensuring alignment with organizational quality standards and compliance requirements. The role also involves preparing reports and dashboards, contributing to new program launches, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance the overall learner experience.

Qualifications

- Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and end-to-end execution of educational or training initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with faculty, learners, and cross-functional teams.
- Operational and process management skills, including resource coordination, documentation, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Learner engagement and customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries, collect feedback, and drive high satisfaction and retention.
- Analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in using spreadsheets, dashboards, or learning management systems to track program performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or MBA is an advantage.
- Experience in education, edtech, training, or professional learning environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting in Mumbai, with solid problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
