Role Summary The Program Manager is a client-facing Professional Services delivery role responsible for leading very large, complex, and high-risk customer engagements across single or multiple regions, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments. The role manages AT Dawn, customer, and third-party vendor efforts to plan, sell, and implement solutions to customer problems, and carries accountability for both business outcomes and team management. The role may operate within an Engagement Program Management Office (EPMO) or as a portfolio lead responsible for a set of customer projects.

- Accountable for program P&L;, forecasting, and commercial governance
- Solid external stakeholder management and senior client relationship ownership
- Recognized subject matter expert who shapes delivery methods, policies, and process improvements

Mandatory Background Requirements

- Professional Services / Consulting / Systems Integration experience (mandatory)
- Experience delivering very large or complex programs, single or multi-region, for external clients




- Experience managing high-risk engagements with complex legal and commercial issues
- Experience with SOW-based delivery models and P&L; ownership
- Business development and opportunity management exposure preferred

Key Responsibilities 1. Professional Services Program Delivery

Owns end-to-end delivery of large, complex, high-risk customer programs, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk in line with SOW commitments. Establishes and maintains the portfolio and program management environment in line with AT Dawn delivery policies, standards, and methodology.

2. Pre-Sales Support and Opportunity Management

Identifies and develops new opportunities with clients. Supports early qualification and opportunity assessment for large and complex opportunities, and acts as opportunity manager for high-risk deals.

3. Financial and Contract Governance





Manages program financials including P&L;, budgeting, billing milestones, and change requests. Meets or exceeds approved budgets, provides reliable financial forecasts to management, and navigates complex legal and commercial issues.

4. External Stakeholder Management

Manages upper-level client delivery relationships and frequently represents AT Dawn to customers, partners, and vendors. Leads program governance, reporting, and escalation management.

5. Team Management and Mentorship

Manages internal and external resources with a team size of up to 40 people. Mentors and encourages skill development of team members, and provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, or similar Professional Services roles
- PMP certification
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- ITIL Foundation preferred

Technical Knowledge Expectations

- In-depth understanding of Professional Services operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to program and project management, with the ability to speak with authority across all levels of program management practice. Working understanding of the infrastructure technologies relevant to the engagement, including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and private and multicloud concepts. Hands-on technical implementation is not required. Expected to contribute actively to AT Dawn's program management and delivery community.
