Research & Development (R&D;) Program Coordinator

About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and driven R&D; Program Coordinator to support New Product Development (NPD) initiatives in biologics, regenerative medicine, and healthcare products. The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and external laboratories to ensure smooth execution of development programs and regulatory milestones.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate multiple R&D; and NPD projects from development through commercialization
- Maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Coordinate with external laboratories for testing activities and documentation
- Support regulatory documentation and compliance-related activities
- Track risks, dependencies, and action items across projects
- Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership reviews
- Conduct market and competitor research to support product development initiatives

Eligibility Criteria





- Bachelors or Masters degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related fields
- 3–7 years of experience in R&D; coordination, project management, biologics, medical devices, or regulated healthcare environments
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exposure to regulatory or quality systems is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Familiarity with project tracking tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Exposure to biologics, regenerative medicine, tissue-based products, or medical devices is preferred
