The programs focus on core SEL skills such as self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. Children access one-on-one online sessions with experienced psychologists and SEL experts, complemented by parent sessions to support holistic development.

Role Description The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of SEL programs, ensuring smooth delivery of sessions for children and parents. This full time hybrid role is based in Punjab, India, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Key tasks include coordinating schedules for online and in-person sessions, supporting psychologists and SEL experts with logistical needs, and maintaining accurate program records.

The Program





Coordinator will communicate with families to address inquiries, manage enrollments, and gather feedback to improve services. The role also involves assisting with program development, tracking project milestones, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain high-quality, child-centered learning experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Program Development skills to plan, organize, and enhance SEL offerings.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to work with children, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to coordinate schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of program activities.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in child-focused programs, mental health education, or SEL initiatives, along with comfort using online collaboration and scheduling tools, is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a child-safe and inclusive approach to all program activities.
