Climate Ready Leaders (CRL) is a learning and leadership platform helping organizations and professionals thrive in the climate and sustainability transition.

The firm is looking for a Program & Communications Associate to work closely with the Founder & CEO on the delivery of a major sustainability program for a leading industry organization.

Key responsibilities

Program & Client Coordination

- Act as the day-to-day liaison between CRL, the client and external partners.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain project trackers and ensure actions are followed through.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes and action points.
- Coordinate with the technical partner, designers and other external consultants.
- Flag issues, delays or decisions requiring the Founder’s attention.

Content & Communications

- Draft clear, engaging copy for LinkedIn, emails and program communications.
- Support development of brochures, presentations, reports and other program materials.
- Create simple, professional social media and communication creatives using Canva.
- Coordinate with external designers/video creators for more complex creative requirements.
- Proofread and edit content for clarity and consistency.

Program Support

- Support the program through research, data/document organization and participant communications.




- Coordinate jury and participant communications.
- Maintain program databases, files and documentation.
- Support preparation for key program milestones and events.

Ideal Candidate

- 2–5 years of experience in communications, PR, program coordination or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients and key stakeholders.
- Good Canva and PowerPoint skills.
- Able to write social media and skilled business copy.
- Experience in client coordination or account management is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with multiple external partners and freelancers.
- Interest in sustainability and ESG.
- Proactive, dependable and able to work independently.

Engagement

Part-time: Approximately 12-15 hours per week, with additional flexibility around key program milestones.

Location: Remote, India time zone

Duration: October 2026 – April 2027 (7 months)

Reporting to: Founder & CEO, Climate Ready Leaders

Compensation: Commensurate with experience and capability.
