Role Description The Professor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Professor will deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials; design and update course curricula; and assess student performance through exams, assignments, and projects. Daily responsibilities include mentoring students, supervising research, contributing to academic advising, and participating in departmental and university committees.

The role also involves engaging in scholarly research, publishing in reputable journals,



securing research funding where possible, and contributing to outreach and institutional development activities.

Qualifications

- Advanced academic credentials (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the university level, including experience with curriculum design and student assessment.
- Proven research record with peer-reviewed publications, conference participation, and potential for securing grants.
- Robust mentoring and academic advising skills, with a commitment to student success and inclusive learning practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment.
- Experience integrating technology into teaching and learning, and openness to innovative pedagogical approaches.
- Willingness to contribute to institutional service, accreditation processes, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Prior experience in leadership roles such as program coordination, research supervision, or committee chairing is an advantage.
