- Working knowledge and practical experience with Adobe After Effects is mandatory
- Proven experience editing YouTube videos, Reels/Shorts and podcasts
- Comfortable working full-time from our Dwarka Sector 7 office
- Able to share a professional portfolio/showreel with relevant work samples

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor who understands more than just software.

You should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, hooks, audience retention, visual flow and sound, with the ability to turn raw footage into polished, engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.

Experience editing spiritual, devotional or religious content, podcasts, interviews, discourses and events is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, discourses and event videos
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos
- Repurpose long-form content into short clips, highlights, teasers and promotional videos
- Handle multi-camera editing, syncing and footage organisation
- Add captions, subtitles, titles, lower thirds,



transitions and motion graphics
- Work confidently with Hindi/Devanagari subtitles and typography
- Select appropriate B-roll, stock footage, photos, music and sound effects
- Perform colour correction, audio cleanup, noise reduction and basic sound mixing
- Edit for strong hooks, pacing, watch time and viewer retention
- Create and export content in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 formats
- Maintain organised project files and consistently meet deadlines

Work Location This is strictly a Work From Office position in Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi – 110077. No Work From Home or remote option is available.

Candidates who can comfortably commute from areas such as Dwarka, Palam, Mahavir Enclave, Dashrathpuri, Dwarka Mor, Uttam Nagar, Janakpuri, Vikaspuri, Mohan Garden, Najafgarh, Tilak Nagar, Hari Nagar or Rajouri Garden may find the location convenient.
