The Project Manager serves as the primary client liaison on projects and establishes the project plan, project priority, and directs the efforts of personnel involved with all aspects of the project. Their overall goal is twofold: satisfying the customer s objectives for the project and completing the project on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Thoroughly understanding the customer s business and technical needs
- Reviewing the detailed business requirements and provided scope within a formal statement of work document and tak ing on ownership for a successful delivery
- Responsible for the required resource staffing in the project
- Managing overall project deliverables and objectives (Scope, Timeline and Budget)
- Acting as primary interface to client business units during all phases of the project
- Acting as a primary interface between client and internal stakeholders e.g. Sales, PS-Management , Customer Success and Technical Support
- Ensuring Delivery Quality by en forcing compliance with the Tungsten Drive Delivery Methodology
- Management and coordination of the different Tungsten Automation Resources within the project




- Promote Tungsten Automation Corporation s implementation method, project management best practices and company policies
- Ability to leverage AI to idea t e , develop, and scale to the needs of their department

Required Skills

Skills and Knowledge Required

Qualified applicants should have a bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent and 10 + years of project management experience. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple regions , have solid project and time-management skills with outstanding verbal and written communications abilities.

Experience in the document management industry and fa miliarity with our Tungsten Automation Capture product and PMI certification are a plus. We are looking for a results-oriented self-starter with the ability to effectively deliver projects with minimal management oversight .
