About The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Skilled Services Intern to support our Professional Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a client-facing environment while developing project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

As a Professional Services Intern, you will assist the team with day-to-day customer onboarding activities, project coordination, data management, documentation, and customer communication. You will work closely with experienced consultants, project managers, and customer success teams to help deliver a positive customer experience.

This role is ideal for candidates who have strong interpersonal skills, are eager to learn, and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Customer Support & Coordination

- Support the Professional Services team during customer onboarding and implementation activities.
- Participate in customer meetings, take notes, and track action items.
- Assist with customer communication and follow-ups.
- Help ensure customer requests are documented and routed to the appropriate teams.

Documentation & Data Management
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports.
- Assist with data validation, record reviews, and quality checks.
- Organize customer information and maintain accurate project records.
- Support the creation of training materials, guides, and process documentation.

Project Support
- Assist in monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
- Help coordinate activities between customers and internal teams.




- Track tasks and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or delays to the team lead.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Professional Services, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Support internal initiatives and special projects as required.
