Responsibilities

- Overall monitor, maintain, manage and ensure smooth operations at site from all fronts related PM services.
- Maintains the Management office and is responsible for all day-to-day operations and activities.
- Maintains an effective command over all services (housekeeping, security, ME, customer care services, horticulture, fire-fighting services, pest services, etc.)
- Monitor activities towards effective service delivery.
- Proactive liaison with local authorities.
- Manage the administration activities.
- Monitors invoice processing for management approval.
- Maintain the administration of inventory control programs and systems.
- Coordinates approval of contracts, notices, and other time-sensitive documents
- Tracks the AMC / Warranty / Defect Liability Period of the installed equipment and take appropriate actions accordingly.




- Manages critical relationships with client, owners, and key vendors.
- Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors.
- Responds quickly to emergency situations.
- Works with Subject Matter Experts to coordinate all building fire/life safety drills.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings/special events as requested.
- Ensures quality of staff, appraising and developing them to ensure maximum contribution.
