- Design &
- Engineering: Review architectural shop drawings, structural calculations, and thermal/acoustic performance parameters for unitized curtain walls, stone cladding, and retail glass facades.
- Project &
- Vendor Management: Lead contractor bidding, tender evaluations, BOQs, contract negotiations, and project scheduling from concept to final handover. [
- Quality &
- Safety Compliance: Oversee factory fabrication, mock-up testing (air/water infiltration), and in office installations to meet local and international safety codes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Interface between primary structural frames, interior design teams, and MEP consultants to resolve clashes on-site.
Requirements For 15-18 Years Experience
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture (Post-graduation or specialized Façade Engineering certification is a strong plus).
- Sector Exposure: Direct hands-on execution of high-rise commercial spaces, luxury hotels with complex architectural geometries, and high-footfall retail complexes with expansive storefront glazing.
- Technical Software: Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM workflows, and structural analysis software.
