Job Responsibilities
- Work on the production line as per company processes and instructions.
- Operate and handle production tools, machines and equipment as required.
- Perform assembly, loading/unloading, material handling and other production-related activities.
- Maintain proper quality and production standards.
- Follow safety rules, PPE requirements and workplace instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the work area.
- Report any machine, material or quality-related issue to the supervisor.
- Achieve daily production targets as assigned.
- Support the production team in smooth day-to-day operations.
Candidate Requirements
- 12th Pass or ITI Pass candidates preferred.
- Freshers can apply; prior manufacturing/production experience will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of production and safety practices.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Good discipline, punctuality and ability to follow instructions.
