Role & responsibilities

- Assist in daily production activities as per the production plan.

- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

- Monitor production processes and machine operations.

- Support machine operators and production supervisors.

- Check product quality during the production process.

- Maintain production records, checklists, and reports. .

- Identify and report production issues, machine abnormalities, or quality problems.

- Assist in reducing production downtime, rejection, and material wastage.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the production area.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments when required.

- Learn company processes, equipment, and production standards.
