Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day production activities as per production plans and SOPs.
- Handle and monitor powder and liquid formulation manufacturing processes.
- Ensure proper execution of batch manufacturing and maintain production records.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, raw materials and production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs and safety standards.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse and other departments for smooth production.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and batch delays.
- Ensure proper cleaning, line clearance and housekeeping of production areas.
- Maintain required documentation and production reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/production.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of pharma formulations – powder and liquid.
- Experience in batch manufacturing and production documentation.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs and pharmaceutical production processes.
- Good team-handling and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
