Role & responsibilities

- Knowledge of solvent extraction process
- Knowledge of Food safety systems and International standards in Food processing such as ISO, HACCP, etc.
- Knowledge of plant machinery and equipments.
- To follow the standing instruction given by the management. Follow the instructions given from time to time by the team leaders.
- Implements operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.
- To adhere to the SOPs and work instruction in the process area.
- Work to continuously improve in all areas.
- Follow the safety rules and food safety practices.
- Responsible for the logging all the activities in respective log sheets.
- Keep the work are neat and clean.
- Maintain productivity standards related to each section.
- Responsible to get the stipulated yield for each products.
