Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to provide operational support for business-critical batch and ETL pipelines, focusing on monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, and platform stability.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide operational oversight for daily and overnight batch workloads running 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

- Diagnose and resolve production incidents impacting IBM DataStage ETL jobs and dependent data flows.
- Support and maintain Apache Spark and Delta Lake processing pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot PostgreSQL and IBM Db2 issues, including connectivity, query performance, and service availability.




- Manage workload orchestration in Control-M, including restarts, dependency handling, and recovery of failed runs.
- Conduct RCA for production issues and document findings, mitigations, and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream technology teams during incidents, outages, and major releases.
