VAC PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – REQUIREMENT

Position: HVAC Production Supervisor

Department: Production

Experience: 3–7 Years

Qualification: Graduate or Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical / HVAC or relevant field

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day HVAC production activities and production staff.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, installation and testing of HVAC equipment.
- Ensure production work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager, Quality, Purchase and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor manpower allocation and improve production efficiency.
- Check material availability and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of production machinery and tools.
- Identify production issues and coordinate for timely corrective action.
- Maintain daily production reports, manpower records and other production documentation.




- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HVAC equipment manufacturing and production processes.
- Knowledge of sheet-metal fabrication, ducting, assembly and HVAC components.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical specifications.
- Good manpower handling and team supervision skills.
- Problem-solving and production planning ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

Preferred Candidate

Candidate should have practical experience in HVAC manufacturing/production, be capable of handling shop-floor manpower and production targets, and have good coordination and communication skills.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
