- To oversee whole shift operation and work management

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the production line in a solvent extraction process.
- Managing the solvent extraction process: Ensure efficient and protected operation of the solvent extraction process, resolve any production issues that arise, and continuously improve production processes.
- Supervising personnel:
Train and manage production line workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and equipment to perform their jobs effectively.
- Monitoring safety procedures: Ensure that all employees are following safe work practices, and develop and implement safety procedures to prevent accidents in the solvent extraction process.
- Monitoring plant performance: Continuously monitor plant performance, analyze production data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with other departments: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of the solvent extraction process.
- Managing inventory: Monitor raw materials, supplies, and finished products to ensure proper inventory levels.
- Implementing quality control: Oversee quality control procedures and ensure that products meet the company's standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
