We are seeking a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities and manpower.

- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.

- Monitor machine operations and production processes.

- Ensure quality and minimize material wastage.

- Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Dispatch teams.

- Maintain production and shift reports.

- Ensure safety and discipline on the shop floor.

- Handle and guide production operators and workers.

- Identify and resolve production-related issues.

Requirements:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

- 3–6 years of experience in production.

- Experience in Steel Processing / Steel Plant / Manufacturing is preferred.

- Valuable manpower handling and communication skills.

- Willing to work in shifts,

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
