Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Production Incharge to oversee our home furnishings production facility. The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge of home textile manufacturing processes—including cutting, stitching, stitching floor management, quality control, and finishing—along with proven leadership skills to manage floor operations and meet production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Floor Supervision &
- Daily Operations:

Oversee daily floor operations in the stitching, cutting, and finishing units for home furnishing products (curtains, cushion covers, bedsheets, table linen, etc.).

- Technical Quality Control: Ensure all technical specifications, fabric stitching standards, seam allowances, and construction guidelines are strictly followed.

- Production Planning &

- Output:

Allocate work daily to line supervisors, tailors, and machine operators to hit daily shift targets and maintain delivery schedules.

- Material &

- Waste Management:

Monitor raw material utilization (fabric, trims, threads, zippers) to keep material wastage to a minimum.

- Machine &

- Process Optimization:





Coordinate routine machinery maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical floor issues to minimize downtime.

- Workforce Leadership: Manage line operators, enforce discipline and safety guidelines on the production floor, and resolve technical assembly bottlenecks.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in production floor management within the Home Furnishings / Home Textile industry.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in fabric types, home textile stitching techniques, production planning, pattern matching, and quality checks.

- Leadership: Proven ability to supervise and motivate line operators, tailors, and quality checkers on a fast-paced floor.

- Problem-Solving: Quick execution on fixing line balances, technical assembly errors, and tight delivery schedules.

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or relevant field preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
