We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and manage our production team and ensure smooth, timely, and efficient production operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the production process and ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the production team on a daily basis.
- Plan and execute production as per the daily/weekly production schedule.
- Ensure production targets are completed on time without compromising quality.
- Strictly follow and implement the company’s approved SOPs, production processes, and quality standards.
- Monitor the entire production process and ensure proper hygiene, safety, and food-handling practices.
- Ensure correct usage of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and machinery.
- Maintain consistent product quality and ensure zero compromise on quality standards.




- Identify production issues and take timely corrective action.
- Coordinate with QC, Stores, Maintenance, and Management to ensure smooth production.
- Maintain production records, batch records, and other required documentation.
- Train and guide production workers on proper procedures and work practices.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity, and work allocation.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment.
- Be willing to work overtime or extended hours when required to meet production requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
