Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily injection molding production activities.
- Monitor production targets, quality, and output.
- Handle injection molding machines and production processes.
- Manage and guide production operators and helpers.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently with minimum downtime.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and production wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Ensure proper safety and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
- Achieve daily and monthly production targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / Any relevant qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Production/Supervision.
- Experience in Injection Molding / Molding Industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of injection molding production processes.
- Ability to manage operators and production activities.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
