- Supervise day-to-day sorting and grading operations.Ensure daily production targets are achieved according to the plan.
- Ensure labour attendance, deployment, productivity and discipline.Ensure optimum manpower utilization.
- Train workers on sorting, grading, quality, hygiene and safety procedures.Monitor product quality and ensure proper segregation as per grading parameters.
- Minimize material wastage, rejection, spillage and production losses.
- Coordinate with QC, maintenance and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain daily production, manpower and rejection/wastage records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action/escalate to management.

Qualification - Diploma In Food Technology Proficient in Advance excel.
