- Production Planning: Develop and manage daily/weekly production schedules to meet targets.
- Supervision & Leadership: Monitoring the workforce on the shop floor, coordinating activities to ensure maximum efficiency, and resolving production bottlenecks.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor the shop floor to ensure efficiency and, if necessary, implement improvements.
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforce quality standards and safety regulations (SOPs) .
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule production employees.
- Material and Inventory Management : Coordinate raw materials, equipment, and inventory levels to avoid shortages.
- Machine Maintenance: Ensuring that mixers, and cranes are functional and scheduled for preventive maintenance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Preparing daily production reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1-7years in a manufacturing supervisor experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production machinery, manufacturing processes.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, labour handling .
