Key Responsibilities

- Follow up daily jewelry production orders from planning to dispatch.

- Coordinate with karigars and all production departments to ensure timely completion.

- Track work status and maintain daily production reports.

- Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are achieved.

- Resolve production delays and communicate updates to management.

- Coordinate with CAD, CAM, Casting, Setting, Polishing, QC, and Dispatch teams.

- Monitor product quality during every production stage.

- Maintain job cards, issue/receive records, and production documentation.

- Lead and supervise production staff for smooth workflow.
