Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day manufacturing activities on the shop floor. The candidate should have exposure to a manufacturing environment, basic knowledge of MIG welding/fabrication, and the ability to handle and coordinate production workers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure work is completed as per production targets.
- Handle and coordinate shop-floor workers and operators.
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate activities related to fabrication, welding, cutting, bending and assembly.
- Ensure production is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor material usage and minimize production wastage.
- Conduct basic in-process quality checks and coordinate with the quality team.
- Identify production issues and support timely resolution.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.




- Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S and safety practices on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve production targets.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
- Basic knowledge of MIG welding and fabrication processes.
- Understanding of shop-floor production activities.
- Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
- Candidates with exposure to sheet metal, fabrication, welding or engineering manufacturing will be preferred.

Candidate Profile Freshers with relevant technical education and practical manufacturing exposure may also be considered. Candidates should be willing to work on-site in Ahmedabad and handle shop-floor responsibilities.
