Our company is looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Production Supervisor to bring our team more successful by monitoring daily activities to meet our production requirements. An ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter who can work well in a quick-paced environment.

JOB SUMMARY:

An production supervisor will be responsible for scheduling work and supervises production procedures and personnel, and ensures attainment of production schedules in the manufacturing department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA:

- Maintain work schedules to ensure labor is allocated correctly for production requirements.
- Manage work assignments of production personnel and ensure that workload is properly distributed throughout the shift.
- Work as the middleman between management and workers to facilitate good communication and outstanding team performance to meet production goals.
- Overseeing the employee workforce in the department.
- Ensuring a well coordinated reception of all materials,



items and products and making sure they are sorted, labeled and sorted per company standards and policies.
- Ensuring delivery deadlines and quality objectives are met.
- Ensure all resources are used correctly and efficiently.
- Manage labor requests promptly and resolve issues quickly.

SKILLS:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and follow schedules
- Ability to write reports legibly and accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
- Strong leadership and great team player.
