We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, ensure smooth production operations, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily production activities.
- Manage and guide production workers/operators on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
- Monitor the production process and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift-related documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Identify production issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Follow company safety procedures and ensure workplace safety.
- Maintain discipline and proper housekeeping on the production floor.
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate production status to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Production/Supervision.
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate qualification in a relevant field will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of production processes and shop-floor operations.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate with different departments.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Candidates from Mandsaur or nearby locations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
