Open Position:

Production Supervisor

Location: Puthoor, Kollam, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure production schedules are followed.
- Monitor production processes, manpower and material usage.
- Coordinate with QC, Stores and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure proper batch documentation and production records are maintained.
- Monitor equipment operation and report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene and production procedures.
- Monitor yields and minimize process losses.
- Train and supervise production workers.
- Ensure proper cleaning and housekeeping of production areas.

Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology,



or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a food, spice, flavour, chemical or extraction manufacturing facility.
- Experience in solvent extraction, steam distillation or similar processes will be an advantage.
- Valuable understanding of production documentation and batch processes.
- Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with different departments.
