ROLE: Production Supervisor

Education and Experience:

- Education: B.E/ B. Tech Electrical & Electronics-3+yrs
- Education: Diploma Electrical & Electronics-5+yrs
- 3 to 4 years of Experience in relevant field.
- Technical Qualification - Engineering Handling the Trainees & getting work done.
- Understanding of industry Safety standards
- GEMBA Board & Chart Shift wise Production Data, Safety Incident reports in Intelex
- Daily management (Tier-1 & Tier-2)
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.

Key Responsibilities Executing & maintaining Lean Manufacturing,

Knowledge of Six Sigma, 5S, DMAIC etc.

Experience in Planning the work schedule & Managing the Shift & getting desired output by the team.

Assign duties to Employees,



Trainees and oversee their progress.

Ensure that daily production goals are met.

Creating Production Process reports.

Identify issues & efficiency and suggest improvements

Train and integrate current Operators.

Full understanding of industry Safety standards

Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

1. Contract: Third Party Payroll (1 year and extendable contract)
2. Salary: Depends on Current CTC and Experience
