Key Responsibilities - Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities.

- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet targets.
- Manage and guide production workers and technicians.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain production-related reports and records.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and production standards.




- Troubleshoot production-related issues and take corrective action.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets.

Requirements - B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production, quality control, or a similar manufacturing role.
- Hands-on experience with SolidWorks is required.
- Good knowledge of mechanical production processes and quality standards.
- Ability to supervise a team and coordinate effectively with different departments.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
