:

We are looking for an experienced Production Planning Coordinator to manage and coordinate production planning activities at our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, timely availability of materials, manpower coordination, and achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per project and customer requirements.

· Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.

· Monitor production progress against planned schedules and ensure timely completion.

· Track material availability, manpower requirements, machine utilization, and production capacity.

· Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and deviations and coordinate corrective actions.

· Maintain production planning reports, MIS, schedules, and related documentation.

· Coordinate with management for production priorities and delivery commitments.





· Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.

· Support inventory planning and ensure availability of required raw materials and components.

· Follow company quality, safety, and production procedures.

Candidate Profile:

· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.

· 7–8 years of relevant experience in production planning/coordination in a manufacturing or engineering plant.

· Positive knowledge of production planning, scheduling, material coordination, and shop-floor operations.

· Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and production planning/MIS documentation.

Candidates with experience in engineering/manufacturing projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
