- Develop and maintain production plans based on customer requirements, demand forecasts, and available capacity.

- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth production flow.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and monitor adherence to the plan.

- Ensure availability of materials, manpower, machines, and other resources as per production requirements.

- Monitor production progress and take corrective actions to minimize delays and bottlenecks.

- Analyze production capacity, machine utilization, and manpower availability for eective resource planning.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Stores and Procurement to prevent shortages and excess inventory.





- Prioritize production activities based on customer requirements, delivery schedules, and business priorities.

- Track order status and ensure timely completion of production against committed delivery dates.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to production planning, inventory, capacity, and delivery performance.

- Identify planning constraints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues.

- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes to improve productivity, delivery performance, and overall operational efficiencey .
