ND, a leading manufacturing company based in Bahadurgarh, branches in other cities also, is seeking a highly professional production and planning controller.

- Production planning & scheduling.
- Ensure timely production and dispatch as per customer requirements.
- Manage production manpower, work allocation and shift planning.
- Monitor production line efficiency, productivity and output.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase and Maintenance teams.
- Inventory & material planning.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines and raw materials.
- Plan, manage and monitor daily production as per production targets.
- Monitor production processes and minimize wastage, rejection and rework.
- Ensure production is carried out as per defined quality standards.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.




- Ensure proper implementation of production SOPs and safety procedures.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns.
- Train and guide supervisors and production workers for better productivity.
- Maintain discipline and proper housekeeping across the production floor.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
- MIS, daily production report, management updates.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in injection molding.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing will be highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of production processes and production line management.
- Experience in handling factory manpower and production teams.
- Good understanding of production planning, productivity and quality control.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
