Production Planning Executive – Steel Service Partner

Experience: 2–5 Years | Location: Plant

Key Responsibilities

- Plan daily production based on customer orders, material availability and delivery schedules.
- Prepare cutting/nesting plans for coils, sheets and customer-specific sizes.
- Optimize material yield and minimize scrap, edge trim and process losses.
- Calculate and monitor yield loss / material consumption against planned quantities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Stores, Purchase and Production for smooth execution of plans.
- Prepare machine-wise production plans for Slitting, CTL and other processing lines.
- Ensure optimum utilization of RM, WIP, machines and production capacity.
- Monitor actual production vs. planned production and identify deviations.
- Maintain production planning,



yield and wastage reports and highlight variances.
- Support continuous improvement in yield, productivity, capacity utilization and processing cost.

Preferred: Experience in steel service centre / steel processing, with good knowledge of nesting, coil planning, yield calculation, scrap control and production planning. Solid Excel and analytical skills required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
