About the Role

We're looking for a Production & Operations Associate to work closely with our Operations team and support the day-to-day execution of L.O.T Build.

This role is essentially about being the **extra pair of hands that keeps production moving.

You'll work closely with the Operations Lead across **production tracking, vendor follow-ups, procurement, samples, quality checks, inventory and new product development.

The ideal candidate is someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks from "this needs to be done" → "done."

What You'll Be Doing

Production Support

- Track ongoing production across multiple products.
- Follow up with vendors on quantities, timelines and pending work.
- Maintain daily production updates and trackers.
- Coordinate movement of materials and finished products.
- Identify delays or issues and bring them to the team's attention.
- Make sure assigned production tasks are closed on time.

Vendor Coordination
- Regularly communicate with vendors and manufacturing partners.
- Follow up on samples, orders, production and deliveries.
- Share requirements and specifications with vendors.
- Coordinate vendor visits when required.
- Keep track of pending actions and follow-ups.

Samples & New Products
- Help coordinate samples and prototypes for current products.
- Track sample iterations and feedback.
- Coordinate changes between the internal team and vendors.
- Help move products from sample → approved → production.

Quality Control
- Assist with QC of materials, components and finished products.
- Check dimensions, cutting, printing, finishing, fitment and assembly.
- Record QC quantities and defects.
- Flag quality issues and coordinate corrections with vendors.

Materials & Inventory
- Track material requirements for production.




- Monitor stock levels and flag shortages.
- Help coordinate material purchases and deliveries.
- Maintain basic inventory and procurement records.
- Make sure materials required for production are available on time.

Keeping Things Organised A big part of the role will simply be keeping things under control.

- Inventory updates

- Pending task lists

- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

Most importantly You should not need to be chased to do your work.

If you've been given a task, you should track it, follow up on it and close it.

What You'll Learn

You'll get direct exposure to how a growing D2C product company operates:

Product Development → Procurement → Vendor Management → Production → QC → Assembly → Packaging → Dispatch

You'll work closely with the Operations Lead and get hands-on experience across manufacturing, sourcing, production planning, quality control and product development.
