Role Summary The role will be responsible for production and quality assurance of vehicles, including PDI inspections, identifying and tracking vehicle quality issues, analysing recurring quality concerns, and working with Production, Quality, Operations, and Field teams to improve vehicle quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle PDI quality inspection of vehicles received from OEMs/suppliers before deployment.
- Inspect vehicles for fitment, finish,



functionality and appearance as per defined quality standards.
- Identify, record and track PDI quality issues across different cities.
- Analyse recurring quality issues, repeat failures and major quality concerns.
- Work closely with Operations and field teams to understand vehicle quality issues during field usage.
- Conduct re-inspection and verification after rework or corrective actions.
- Support improvement of quality inspection processes, checklists and SOPs.

Experience & Qualification

- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or quality roles.
- EV or automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering.

Key Skills

- Understanding of EV/automotive production and assembly processes.
- Basic knowledge of Production, Quality Control and PDI processes.
- Knowledge of FIFA (Fit, Finish, Function & Appearance) and 5S principles.
- Understanding of quality standards and inspection methods.
- Ability to identify, document, and communicate vehicle quality issues.
- Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving.
- Good Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Good PowerPoint and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of vehicle inspection data
