Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Planning Control role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves creating and maintaining production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution, and adjusting plans based on raw material availability and demand forecasts.

The Production Planning

Control professional monitors production performance, tracks key metrics, and identifies bottlenecks or variances to maintain efficiency and compliance with quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports, updating planning systems,



supporting inventory management, and facilitating clear communication between production, procurement, and quality teams to keep operations aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage and optimize production schedules, with strong skills in Production Planning and Planning.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with production, procurement, quality, and management teams.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or similar regulated manufacturing industries, with familiarity in GMP and quality standards.
- Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools or ERP systems, and positive MS Excel or similar spreadsheet skills.
- Relevant educational background in Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work accurately under time constraints, with strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
