Purple United Sales Limited is looking for a Production Merchandiser to coordinate and monitor the complete production process, ensuring orders are executed as per quality standards, specifications, and agreed timelines.
1. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with production, sourcing, quality, sampling, and other internal teams.
- Monitor the complete order cycle from order confirmation to final dispatch.
- Follow up on production schedules and ensure timely order completion.
- Prepare and maintain T&A; (Time & Action) calendars, order sheets, and production reports.
- Coordinate for fabrics, trims, accessories, and other production requirements.
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, bulk production, and quality inspections.
- Track production progress and highlight delays or issues to management.
- Coordinate with vendors and factories for timely execution of orders.
- Ensure products meet required quality, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely shipment.
- Maintain proper documentation and provide regular production updates.
1. Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience in merchandising/production will be preferred.
- Experience in Production Merchandising / Garment / Apparel industry is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of production processes and order management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
