Role & responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day tablet manufacturing operations as per the production plan.

- Supervise Granulation, Compression, Strip Packing, Primary & Secondary Packing.

- Ensure compliance with BMR, SOPs, cGMP, and safety requirements.

- Monitor production output, yield, machine performance, and process parameters.

- Ensure proper line clearance, documentation, and housekeeping.

- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth operations.

- Manage manpower allocation and shop-floor activities.

- Report and assist in investigation of deviations, breakdowns, and production issues.

- Support process improvement and reduction of wastage/downtime.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidate must have hands-on exposure to Tablets and OSD manufacturing.

- Knowledge of Granulation, Compression, and Packing operations.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Candidate should have a valuable family background.

- Basic knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and production documentation.
