We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and help us move towards higher production standards, stronger systems, better quality, and improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time with minimum wastage.
- Improve production efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Establish and implement SOPs, production systems, and quality standards.
- Manage manpower, work allocation, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and production losses.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain production reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Train and develop supervisors and production teams.
- Maintain workplace discipline, safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
- Introduce better manufacturing methods, process controls, and continuous improvement practices.




- Take ownership of achieving higher industry standards and scalable production systems.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing / visual merchandising / packaging / furniture / interior products / premium product manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of production planning and manpower management.
- Ability to build systems from the ground up and improve existing processes.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, delivery, productivity, and cost control.
- Candidates who have worked in a high-volume manufacturing environment will be preferred.

Performance-Based Package Revision:

Compensation will be reviewed based on measurable performance, production improvements, quality, efficiency, and achievement of business targets.

Relocation to Kozhikode, Kerala is mandatory.
