Role & responsibilities

- Operate production machines and equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
- Perform basic inspection of components/products during the production process.
- Follow work instructions, control plans, and quality standards.
- Identify and report quality abnormalities, machine issues, and process deviations to the supervisor.
- Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and cleanliness in the assigned work area.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
- Record production, quality, and other required process data accurately.
- Handle materials/components carefully and ensure proper identification and traceability.
- Support line changeovers, basic machine adjustments, and other production activities as instructed.
- Participate in continuous improvement, Kaizen, and productivity improvement activities.
- Maintain discipline, attendance,



and punctuality as per company requirements.
- Support other production activities based on business requirements.

Required competencies

- Diploma ( DME / DECE / DEEE, B.E. Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical, or any relevant Arts degree.
- Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.
- Quality consciousness.
- Safety awareness.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/production environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Freshers may be considered based on the process and business requirement.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality requirements, and workplace safety.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based manufacturing workplace.
- Ability to stand and work on the production line for extended periods.
- Ability to handle production materials/components and work in proximity to machinery.
