- Follow up with QC/QA for Analysis of in-process and finished samples.
- To follow GMP norms in the manufacturing area.
- To achieve shift targeted production as per plan.
- Handling of Reactors and all other process related Equipment.
- Strict adherence to manufacturing procedure and maintaining the related documents.
- Ensure Secure working conditions and clean environmental practices.
- Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
- Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
- Report any incident/accident/near miss/illness to the superiors.
- Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.
- Also responsible for the work of his senior in the absence of senior.
