Roles and Responsibilities

- Scheduling :



Establishing schedules based on deadlines determined by sales and operations planning (S&OP;) schedules and service demands.
- Monitoring Productivity : Utilizing charts and SAP (B1) software to monitor productivity and manage work canter.
- Capital Expenditure Recommendations : Making recommendations on capital expenditures to improve capacity and quality.
- Process Improvement : Identifying and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
- Team Leadership : Providing motivation, support, and guidance to employees, developing and training them.
