We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our Lithium Battery Manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day lithium battery pack production

- Handle cell sorting, matching and pack assembly

- Supervise spot/laser welding and busbar assembly

- BMS installation, wiring and testing

- Conduct battery charging, discharging and performance testing

- Ensure production as per SOP, drawings and quality standards

- Identify and troubleshoot production issues

- Maintain daily production reports and records

- Manage production manpower and achieve daily targets

- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase and R&D; teams

- Maintain safety, 5S and discipline on the production floor

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Production Engineering

- 1–3 years experience in lithium battery manufacturing preferred

- Knowledge of LFP / NMC battery packs and BMS

- Experience with welding, battery testing and pack assembly

- Positive knowledge of electrical safety and battery handling

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹8,902.23 - ₹20,000.00 per month
