Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage day-to-day production operations, lead the production team, ensure quality and timely output, and drive process improvement and new product development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan and monitor production schedules, targets, manpower, and resources.
- Lead and manage the production team and ensure operational discipline.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize wastage and production costs.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, Quality, and Accounts teams.
- Identify and resolve production issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders.
- Explore and identify new products/articles based on market requirements and business opportunities.
- Coordinate current product development, including sampling, testing,



costing, and production readiness.
- Maintain production reports and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Production, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 6–7 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience.
- Experience in team handling, production planning, and new product development preferred.
- FMCG, consumer products, or manufacturing industry experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
